It’s been a very busy spring as I visit various conferences and parent
groups to speak about Social Security and SSI Disability issues. It
is always great to meet so many new faces and renew old acquaintances.
This summer portends to be busy as well. Please visit my Events
page to see where I’ll be next. I’m especially proud of two events
coming in July and August that I am hosting along with my long-time
colleague, John LaMotte. John also retired after many years at Social
Security. Between us we have over 80 years of experience helping the
community! We have put together a very comprehensive session that
takes you from the initial application process through entitlement and
returning to work. Because it is an all-day training, we will have
time to really hit on all of the critical topics that you should be
aware of. While it is titled “What Every Professional Needs to Know”,
parents who want an in-depth understanding of the program for their
special needs child will also find the seminar well worth the price.
